We would like to inform you of a planned maintenance activity intended to enhance the Listen and Analyze experience across our platform.

Maintenance Details
- Region: US
- Start Time: Saturday February 21, 12:00 PM PST
- Estimated Duration: Eight-hour maintenance window
- Contingency Window: If additional time is required for validation or stability checks, we have reserved a secondary window on Sunday 22 February during the same hours.
- Scope of Work: Enhancements to the Listen and Analyze experience (US)
- Customer Impact: Access to perceptyx.com and its subdomains will be unavailable during this time.
